Yes, all guests count toward the headcount, regardless of age. While we do not serve alcohol to anyone under 21, we can provide mocktails, sodas, and other refreshments for younger guests.
Children under 12 – Yes, they count toward the headcount if they’ll be enjoying mocktails or other drinks from the bar.
Guests under 18 – Yes, they also count, as we can serve them non-alcoholic beverages.
Let me know how many guests you’ll have, and I can help plan the perfect drink menu for everyone!

As a mobile bartender, I always provide an in-depth shopping list tailored to your guest count and drink preferences to help ensure you don’t run out of alcohol. However, if it does happen, here’s what we can do:
Adjust the Menu – I can get creative with what’s left, offering alternative cocktails or mocktails.
Guest Contribution – If your event allows, guests can bring additional alcohol to keep the party going.
Smooth Wrap-Up – If the event is winding down, I’ll help transition to non-alcoholic options or a signature last-call drink.

I understand that plans can change, so I have a cancellation policy in place to keep things fair for both of us:
Cancellations 14+ Days Before the Event – Full refund of any deposit paid.
Cancellations 7-13 Days Before the Event – 50% of the deposit is refundable.
Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before the Event – The deposit is non-refundable, as I’ve already reserved the date and made necessary preparations.
If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date, depending on availability. Let me know as soon as possible, and we’ll work something out!
-
Deposit – A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This ensures I’m fully prepared and committed to your event. The deposit amount varies depending on the package, but I’ll provide all details upfront.
Final Payment – The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event
I’ll send reminders and payment details to keep everything smooth and stress-free. Let me know if you have any questions!
If the final payment is not received:
Reminder Sent – I’ll send a courtesy reminder to ensure there are no oversights.
Cancellation – If the final payment is not made by the deadline, unfortunately, I may have to cancel my services for your event, and the deposit will be non-refundable.

As a mobile bartender using a horse trailer, there are a few specific site conditions I’ll need to ensure a smooth setup:
Space – I’ll need a clear area of about 20x20 feet to park and set up the horse trailer. This gives enough space for both the trailer and guests to move around safely.
Electricity – The trailer is equipped with its own power source, but if we need additional lighting or electricity we may need an outlet to plug into!
Ground Surface – A flat, level surface is ideal for parking the trailer. Avoid areas with heavy gravel, mud, or uneven ground to ensure safe and stable setup.
Let me know if you need help arranging any of these details—I’ll work with you to make sure everything goes smoothly!

Yes, we do offer a cash pay bar! Here’s how it works:
Minimum Sales Requirement – The bar must reach a set minimum amount in sales (excluding tips) by the end of the night.
Guest Payment – Guests pay for their drinks individually with cash or card.
Shortfall Coverage – If the minimum is not met, the remaining balance will be charged to you to cover the difference.
Rates vary depending on the event size, drink menu, and location. Let me know your details, and I can provide a customized quote to fit your needs! What is your cancellation policy?

Weather can be unpredictable, and I want to ensure your event runs smoothly no matter what. Here’s my weather policy:
Rain or Extreme Weather – If your event is outdoors, I highly recommend having a backup plan, such as a covered area or tent, to keep the bar service running.
Unsafe Conditions – If severe weather (heavy storms, high winds, lightning, etc.) creates unsafe working conditions, I may need to pause or adjust service for safety reasons.
Rescheduling – If bad weather is in the forecast and you’d like to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date, depending on my availability.
Weather-Related Cancellations – If you decide to cancel due to weather, my standard cancellation policy applies. However, if I have to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions and you do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
Let’s plan ahead to make sure your event is covered, rain or shine!
